Delivery & Returns
Orders will be embossed (if required) & despatched within 48 hours.
Occasionally a stock item we make might need some final finishing touches (such as edge polishing) that cause a slight delay. If this is the case we will notify you immediately.
Within the UK we use the Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service and obtain proof of delivery on all parcels.
You should receive your order within 5 working days.

Returns
Un-embossed Goods: If you are unhappy in any way with your order just return it within 14 days and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. You only need pay the return postage cost.
Embossed Goods: If the item is faulty in any way we will honour our 14 day no quibble refund policy. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on embossed goods if there is no fault with the item.
